Can I ask for guidance without knowing the specification?

Yes. Select “I need guidance” in the form and describe the application you have in mind. In that case the volume field becomes optional, because anyone still defining a requirement usually does not have that figure yet.

Are urea and ARLA 32 the same product?

No. ARLA 32 is a solution of urea in demineralised water, prepared at a specific concentration for automotive use. Urea on its own does not replace the ready-to-use fluid, and the fluid does not replace urea as a process input.
